These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Float World Limited whether by phone, email, online, in person or via third party intermediary and all visitors agree to abide by these terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to amend them from time to time and if the changes affect your booking we will contact you within a reasonable time.



We accept bookings via our website, in person and over the phone.

You must be over 18 years old to make a booking with us, those aged between 16 and 18 may use the facilities but the booking must be made by someone aged over 18 on their behalf.

No booking shall be considered confirmed until full pre-payment is received and an acknowledgment receipt has been issued to the purchaser.

All sessions need to be pre-booked and paid in advance.


Cancellations and arrival times:

Please note that Float World Limited operate a 72hour cancellation policy where full refund or transfer of session will be offered.

Cancellations made less than 72hours may incur full charge.

No refund will be payable for non-arrival/attendance without the stipulated notice period.

In the unlikely event that we have to change, alter or cancel your booking or an event occurs beyond our reasonable control we reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking.  In this instance you may a) accept an alternative session time offered or b) opt for a refund of the service payment.  We shall have no further liability to you for any changes to, or cancellation of your booking.

Regrettably, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late it will not be possible to float. This is due to insuring customers who are floating are not disturbed with excessive noise.



Vouchers can be purchased in person or over the phone.

Vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, stated on the voucher. No exchange or refund for out of date vouchers is possible.

Float World Limited reserve the right to not honour vouchers that appear defective, tampered with, misprinted, forged or reconstructed.


Customer Conduct:

Any and all bookings are conditional upon your compliance with general rules of good conduct and behavior.  As such, you agree that you shall not:

Bring any illegal goods onto our premise, including but not limited to drugs

Not smoke within our premises

Not bring pets onto our premise (with the exception of assistance animals)

Not damage or destroy property.

Not cause nuisance, annoyance or offence to staff, customers or other visitors.

Not contaminate the water by introducing organic or non-organic matters – Float World Limited reserves the right to charge customers for the necessary cleaning of contaminated water by customers.


Customers causing damage or loss to the centre will be responsible for such damage or loss and liable to pay us on demand any amount required to make good such damage or loss.

Float World Limited reserves the right to cancel your booking with immediate effect and retain any sums paid to cover such losses and to refuse future bookings.  We will not be responsible for any refund or compensation in the event that you cause us damage or loss or otherwise breach these terms and condition.

We may instruct a third party to recover any outstanding costs or charges due to us.


Pre-arrival information

Whilst floating offers many health benefits some conditions can be adversely affected and Float World Limited asks all customers to sign a pre-floating questionnaire. It is your responsibility to read all the information provided.

If you are unsure about any aspect or have pre-existing medical conditions that may be affected by floating it is your responsibility to seek medical advice beforehand.

Customers with medical conditions including (but not restricted to) diarrhea, uncontrolled epilepsy, heart condition or have a pacemaker fitted, infectious diseases or open wounds are advised not to float.  It is your responsibility to seek medical advice beforehand.

Women in their first trimester of pregnancy are advised not to float; during the second trimester, we advise you take guidance from your midwife or GP before booking.

We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience but accept no liability if you are sensitive or allergic to such products and advise that you bring your own products.

If you have had your hair dyed in the last 14 days or the colour is still running when washed then you will be unable to float.



There is limited free parking available and we do not guarantee a space may be available for your session.

Vehicles are left at the owner’s sole risk and no liability or responsibility for loss or damage is accepted by Float World Limited.

If parking on third party sites you are subject to their terms and conditions.




If you do have cause to raise a complaint during your visit please bring it to our attention as soon as possible so that it can be addressed.  We aim to respond to complaints within 5 working days.
